iPhone Charging Port Repair in Hyderabad.
Charging trouble is not always a port failure. The cable, the port, the battery and the board are checked in-house before anything is replaced, and the diagnosis is free.
Same-day repair available for eligible repairs, subject to diagnosis and part availability.

Why isn’t my iPhone charging?
An iPhone that will not charge can be failing at the cable or adapter, in the charging port itself, in the battery, or on the board. We test the charging path in that order and repair the point that has actually failed, rather than replacing the most obvious part.
- Cable and adapter ruled out first
- Port inspected for debris, wear and damage
- Battery and board-level causes checked where the symptoms point to them
Charging service by iPhone model.
Port work is priced by model and by what the diagnosis actually requires, so it belongs in a row rather than in a single figure. Values are added here as the business confirms them; anything not yet confirmed for a model is quoted after diagnosis.
| Model | Charging service |
|---|---|
| iPhone 11 | Charging port repair |
| iPhone 12 | Charging port repair |
| iPhone 13 | Charging port repair |
| iPhone 13 Pro | Charging port repair |
| iPhone 13 Pro Max | Charging port repair |
| iPhone 14 | Charging port repair |
Ask if your iPhone is not listed — model coverage for port work is confirmed during diagnosis.
Direct answers
- Is the diagnosis free?
- Yes. iServices Centre provides a free diagnosis before recommending a repair.
- Do you offer same-day charging repair?
- Yes — same-day repair is available for eligible repairs, subject to diagnosis and part availability.
- Can the port be repaired rather than replaced?
- That depends on what the inspection finds. Cleaning, port work and replacement are all possible, and the diagnosis decides which applies.
- Is it the port or the battery?
- Diagnosis establishes which. Neither is replaced because it is the obvious part.
What usually goes wrong
Start with what the device is doing. The cause is established during diagnosis, not from the symptom alone.
Is it the charging port — or something else?
Charging faults are not assumed to be port faults. These are the causes we separate, and the order they are checked in.
Cable and adapter
The fastest cause to rule out, so it is ruled out first. If the device charges normally on another cable and adapter, the fault is not in the phone.
The charging port itself
Debris, wear, damaged contacts or physical damage inside the port. This is confirmed by looking at the port, not by the fact that charging has stopped.
iPhone battery replacement
A battery that no longer accepts or holds charge can look exactly like a charging fault, so battery condition is checked alongside the port.
iPhone motherboard repair
Where the port and the battery check out, the fault can sit in the charging path on the board — work carried out in-house at component level.
iPhone repair and diagnosis
Liquid exposure, impact damage and other faults can stop a device charging. Everything else we check on an iPhone is set out there.
- Cable and adapter — swapped first, because it is the quickest cause to rule out
- Port condition — inspected for debris, wear and physical damage
- Charging behaviour — how the device responds while it is plugged in
- Device diagnosis — battery condition and the rest of the phone
- Board-level diagnosis — only where the symptoms point past the port
The repair you are quoted is the one the diagnosis supports, not the most probable guess from the symptom.
What can actually be done about it.
There are three possible outcomes, and the diagnosis decides which one applies: cleaning and inspection where the port is contaminated but not damaged; repair or replacement of the charging port where the port itself has failed; and board-level repair where the fault sits elsewhere in the charging path.
What we do not do is choose the outcome before the device has been checked. Cleaning is not offered as a fix for a port that has failed, and a port is not replaced because it is the obvious part.
- Cleaning and inspection where contamination is the actual problem
- Charging port repaired or replaced where the port has failed
- Board-level repair where the fault is in the charging path on the board
Which of these applies to your iPhone is confirmed during diagnosis and explained before any work starts.
A charging problem is not always a charging-port problem.
Charging depends on more than the connector: the cable, the adapter, the battery and the power path on the board all take part. When the port and the battery check out and the device still will not charge, the fault is followed onto the board.
That work is done at component level by our own technicians rather than sent elsewhere, which is why this page does not promise a port replacement for every charging fault.
- In-house technicians rather than an outsourced bench
- Chip-level repair where the fault is on the board
- Free diagnosis before anything is agreed
A board-level fault is confirmed by diagnosis. It is never assumed from the symptom alone.
Charging after liquid exposure.
If the device stopped charging after liquid, do not keep plugging it in to see whether it works. Power is what turns a liquid problem into a board problem, and liquid exposure is assessed on its own terms before charging is tested.
Say so when you bring the device in. It changes what is checked first, and it is the one detail that most often changes the repair.
Assessing liquid exposure is part of the diagnosis, and it is done at no charge.
What gets fitted, stated plainly.
Where a port is replaced, the part fitted is a premium aftermarket part. It is named and priced at the counter, and it is not described as an original Apple part, because it is not one.
Availability depends on the model. If a part cannot be sourced for your iPhone, we say so instead of fitting something unsuitable.
- Premium aftermarket parts
- Part named and priced before approval
- Availability for your model checked during diagnosis
Charging work is quoted per device after diagnosis; nothing here is a quotation.
Charging faults are diagnosed, not assumed.
A phone that will not charge can fail in the cable, the adapter, the port, the battery or the board. The path is tested before deciding which of them is responsible.
Where the fault is the port itself, it is dealt with in-house. Where the fault is deeper, you hear that first — with the options — before any work is approved.
- Free diagnosis before any recommendation
- Cable, adapter and battery ruled out alongside the port
- Board-level charging faults investigated where the signs point there
- Charging verified after the repair is fitted
How the repair runs
Every repair follows the same order: establish the fault, explain the options, do the work only once it is approved.
Tell us what happened
Bring the device in and describe when charging stopped working — after an update, a drop, a spill, or with no obvious cause.
Free diagnosis
The charging path is inspected at no charge, before any repair is recommended.
We inspect the cable, adapter and port
The cable and adapter are ruled out, then the port is examined for debris, wear and physical damage.
We diagnose the actual fault
Battery condition and the rest of the charging path are checked where the symptoms point past the port.
Repair performed in-house
Port work or board-level work is carried out at our own bench by our technicians.
Test charging and device function
Charging is verified with the device reassembled, and the rest of the device is checked before handover.

comes first.
A repair decided from the symptom alone replaces parts that were never at fault. Diagnosis is what makes the recommendation worth taking.
Free diagnosis
We inspect the device and explain the fault before any repair is discussed.
Chip-level repair
Board faults are investigated at component level where a full replacement is not the only option.
Transparent recommendations
If a repair is not worth doing, we tell you instead of selling one.

01Why isn’t my iPhone charging?+
The cause can be the cable or adapter, the charging port, the battery, or the charging path on the board. The device is tested to find which of them has failed before a repair is recommended.
02How do I know if the charging port is damaged?+
You cannot tell reliably from the outside. Charging only at an angle, a cable that will not sit securely, or debris inside the port all point to it, but the port is only confirmed as the fault by inspecting it.
03Can an iPhone charging port be repaired?+
Yes. Where the port has failed it can be repaired or replaced, and where contamination is the problem the port is cleaned and inspected first. The diagnosis decides which applies.
04Is the problem the charging port or the battery?+
Diagnosis establishes which. A battery that no longer accepts or holds charge can produce the same symptoms as a failed port, so both are checked rather than assumed.
05Can a charging problem be caused by the motherboard?+
Yes. When the port and the battery check out and the device still will not charge, the fault can be in the charging path on the board — board-level work our technicians carry out in-house.
06Do you offer free diagnosis?+
Yes. iServices Centre provides a free diagnosis before recommending a repair.
07Do you offer same-day charging-port repair?+
Yes, for eligible repairs, subject to diagnosis and part availability.
08What type of parts do you use?+
Premium aftermarket parts. The part being fitted is named and priced before work is approved, and it is never described as an original Apple part.
